To celebrate the launch of our blog, we have decided to celebrate in true JASONGRECH style with our favorite cocktail – The Cosmopolitan.

Here’s the recipe to make your own at home with your besties, or if you can’t be bothered, go out to your favorite bar and ask an attractive barman to pour you a little glass of heaven.

Preparation Time
2 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)
6 scoops ice cubes
120mls (1/2 cup) vodka
30mls (6 tsp) cranberry juice
1 lime, juiced
4 thin strips lime rind, to garnish

Method
Place the ice, vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into cocktail glasses and serve, each garnished with a lime rind strip.
